Elisia Kwok is a young entrepreneur and the brain child behind Cerise Makeup & Lash Bar. In 2002, when completing her Bachelor of Arts degree from Auckland University, Elisia also studied and completed Makeup Artistry Certificates from School of Camille and Edu-col.

As a makeup artist, Elisia has always been fascinated by the instant transformation of makeup application. In 2004, she discovered the new beauty trend called eyelash extensions, which was unheard of in New Zealand. This treatment was very intriguing to Elisia and in 2006, she decided to take on training overseas and introduced this glamorous treatment to the New Zealand market.
